Each software package includes the following:
1.Magic Folders: This self-organizing folders technology lets you see the structure that best fits your immediate needs. You can copy/paste or drag/drop Windows files/folders, web links/favorites, emails (Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Live Mails Desktop (free), Windows Mails, Hotmails, Gmails) or INFOMATO Notebook into Magic Folders.
2. Notebook: A simple notebook that helps you log day-to-day notes just like your E-mail application. It is more effective than the conventional notebooks because it lets you bind together notes pages that were created over time. You can quickly see the logic flow. It is well integrated into Magic Folders; each note page can be saved into the Magic Folders for an integrated view with other types of data.
3. Tools/Utilities
a. Windows synchronization: A background application that monitors your Windows folders' file creation/save, rename, and delete activities and then updates them in Magic Folder.
b. Windows import utility: Scans files in Windows folders and its sub-folders, and then imports them into INFOMATO Magic Folders.
c. Data utility: Allow you to setup automatically backups of your INFOMATO database into a designated Windows folder. You can then import and export your INFOMATO database to/from another INFOMATO powered PC.
d. Account utility: Allow you to create password-protected accounts for different purposes. You can switch between accounts with ease. .
e. Network Utility: Allow you to remote-connect to another INFOMATO-powered PC within your intranet (home or business organization) using http protocol.
